About Antivirus Helps

Antivirus Helps is an independent, US-based remote technical support service. We help home users with one category of problem — antivirus and computer security software — and we do it well because we do it all day.

We started because the people who most need this help are the people most often taken advantage of: someone whose Norton shows an expiry warning, searches for help, and ends up on the phone with a scammer. Our answer is to be transparent about who we are (not the vendor), what we charge (a flat price, after the fix), and what we won't do (sell subscriptions, ask for gift cards, keep access to your computer).

What we are not

We are not Norton, McAfee, Avast, Microsoft or any other software company, and we are not authorised or endorsed by them. Every vendor has its own support line, usually free with an active subscription, and we'll point you there if you prefer.
