Refund policy

Per-fix sessions

You are charged only after the problem you called about is resolved. If we cannot resolve it, no payment is taken. If the same problem returns within 7 days, we fix it again at no charge or refund the session in full.

Yearly plan

Full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are pro-rated for the unused months, less the standard per-fix price for any sessions already used.

Email support@antivirushelps.us or call (850) 828-0416. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Antivirus subscriptions

We do not sell antivirus subscriptions, so we cannot refund them. We can help you find the vendor's refund process.

Antivirus Helps is an independent technical support service. We are not Norton, McAfee, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, Kaspersky, Webroot, Trend Micro, Malwarebytes, ESET or Microsoft, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by any of them. Brand names are used only to describe the products we help with. Each vendor offers its own support and you are free to contact them directly. We never sell antivirus subscriptions and never ask for gift cards.
